Job Title: Travel LVN - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (Iowa Side)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel LVN for a Skilled Nursing Facility near Omaha, Nebraska, situated on the Iowa side. Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents' comfort and well-being.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program.
• Current LVN license in the state of Iowa.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
