- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring adherence to care plans and facility protocols.
- Assess resident conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly address urgent health concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and resident responses.
