- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Registered Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements:
- MN RN License
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC)
- Experience passing medications in a clinical setting
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass medication pass assessment
- Strong charting skills (Matrix preferred)
- Ability to manage change and work independently
