Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements:
- Current BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- AWHONN certification preferred
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty
- Experience with high-risk obstetric patients preferred
- Proficiency in emergency obstetric procedures
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to obstetric patients in a high-acuity setting during night shifts
- Monitor and assess fetal and maternal health status continuously, responding promptly to emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for high-risk pregnancies
- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on labor, postpartum care, and newborn care procedures
