Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse – 13-Week Contract - Lincolnton, NC
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,370 (Based on Experience)
Shift: Every Other Weekend | No Call | 75% Holiday Coverage Expected
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D nurse looking to gain valuable experience while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job Description:

Provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
-
Monitor fetal heart rates and support mothers with pain management techniques
-
Assist physicians during childbirth and perform emergency interventions when necessary
-
Administer medications and IVs as directed, including epidurals
-
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn safety
-
Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate charting
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care
Education and Certification Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina or compact license

Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required

Certifications Required:
-
BLS (Basic Life Support)
-
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
-
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
-
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
