Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor residents' health status and document changes in condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Gerontological Nursing certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
