Local Travel M/S Peds Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Stevens Point, WI

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Med/Surg Pediatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local travel contract in Stevens Point, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment while earning competitive weekly pay.

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Location: Aspirus Stevens Point
  • Shift Requirements: 12-hour variable shifts
  • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • Floating: To alike units within skillset
  • On Call/Call Back: Not applicable

Compensation:

  • Up to $1,500 per week (based on experience)

Requirements:

  • Active Wisconsin CNA license
  • Certifications: AHA BLS certification required
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of CNA experience
  • At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience required
  • Charting System: EPIC experience required
  • Required Skillset:
  • Inpatient acute care experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to provide the best patient care
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Unit Information:
  • 40-bed Medical/Surgical/Pediatric unit
  • Average daily census of 28 patients
  • CNA/Tech role with primary duties focused on patient care
  • Scrub Colors: Any professional-colored scrubs
