Local Travel MRI Technologist - Cumming, Georgia
13-Week Contract

Connected Health Care is partnering with a leading healthcare facility in Cumming, GA, to offer an exciting Local Travel MRI Technologist opportunity. This 13-week contract position provides a competitive weekly compensation of up to $2,730, based on your experience. If you have a minimum of 2 years of MRI specialty experience and hold the required certifications, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,730 (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential rotating shifts

  • Location: Cumming, Georgia

Job Description

  • Perform MRI scans with precision and adherence to safety protocols

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures

  • Maintain MRI equipment and troubleshoot minor issues

  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure quality imaging

  • Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records

  • Follow all safety and infection control guidelines

  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout procedures

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist specializing in MRI

  • Required: ARRT Certification in MRI

  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
