Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Completion of a recognized MRI technologist training program or an associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Certifications Requirements: ARRT Certification in MRI, Basic Life Support (BLS), and relevant state licenses.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in MRI, with proficiency in inpatient MRI studies.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently, strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, physical ability to perform imaging procedures, and flexibility to work weekend night shifts.

  • Operate MRI equipment independently, adhering to safety protocols and department standards.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating inpatient MRI studies, maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, patient information, and technical data.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and imaging quality.
