- Education Requirements: Associate's degree or radiologic graduate of an accredited radiography program
- Certifications Requirements: - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Texas Medical Board certification
- Mammography Registry through ARRT (M)
- Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of mammography imaging experience
- Prior experience with digital mammography and tomosynthesis
- Knowledge of bone densitometry, breast ultrasound, and biopsy procedures
- Other Requirements: - Ability to work scheduled hours and weekends
- Strong technical skills in mammography equipment operation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Operate radiologic equipment to perform mammography, biopsy, ultrasound, and bone density procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist physicians in diagnosing diseases by accurately capturing and processing imaging results.
- Maintain and calibrate mammography equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document procedures meticulously, ensuring all patient data and images are accurately recorded within the EMR system.
