Local Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse – Days - Evansville, IN
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,760 DOE

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week local travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Evansville, Indiana. This is a great opportunity to deliver top-tier care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment while enjoying the vibrant city of Evansville.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the med/surg unit

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate treatments

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

  • Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

  • Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies at all times

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana – required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required

  • ACLS preferred

  • At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
