Job Description

Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient progress and document vital signs and condition changes

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and post-hospital care
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical unit

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required
-
Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and patient care skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
