Job Description

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, recovery, and preventive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures and post-surgical recovery.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-approved).
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
