Job Description:

Provide high-quality nursing care to medical and surgical patients in an acute care setting

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospitalization care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Assist in the recovery process by supporting patients with rehabilitation and mobility
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state eligibility)

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification required

Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
