Local Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse – Merrill, WI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-Hour Variable
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
The Med/Surg RN will play a key role in delivering top-quality care to adult patients across a variety of medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, clinical excellence, and a compassionate, team-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or acute medical conditions

  • Administer medications, monitor vitals, and assess patient needs

  • Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Provide patient education and support to patients and families

  • Accurately document care using Epic EMR

  • Work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Active Wisconsin RN License – Required

  • BLS Certification – Required

  • ACLS Certification – Preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience – Required

  • EPIC charting experience – Required
