Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel locally to healthcare facilities as required.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain).
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
