Local Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse – Nights - Waukesha, WI
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $3,000 DOE

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week local travel assignment in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team at one of our valued partner facilities while earning competitive pay and experiencing everything southeastern Wisconsin has to offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit

  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions

  • Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin – required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience

  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
