Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assess patient conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (or compact state license).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Â preferred, but Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required.
