Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of MS (Medical-Surgical) experience in a hospital setting
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, ability to float between facilities, strong communication skills, and adaptability to variable shift schedules

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for each patient visit.
  • Execute patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses effectively.
  • Assist with float duties and adapt to multiple hospital environments, including Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young, and Eagle River facilities.
