Local Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse – Days - Albany, GA
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,340/Week

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Med/Surg experience looking for a rewarding local travel assignment? Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week day shift contract in Albany, GA. 

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (12-Hour Nights)

  • Weekend Requirement: Rotate every other weekend

  • Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

  • Compensation: Up to $2,340/week based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult Med/Surg patients

  • Monitor patient status and provide updates to the care team

  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed

  • Perform regular assessments and communicate effectively with patients and families

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies

  • Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or compact license

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
