- Education Requirements: Associate's degree in nursing (ASN or BSN preferred).
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA NIHSS, GA or compact RN license (required), AHA ACLS (highly preferred).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience on a Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) unit.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, flexibility to float to different units, and compliance with facility policies.
