Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, NIHSS, Valid state RN license (compact preferred), Multi-state license if applicable
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience, at least 1 prior travel assignment, trauma level II experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, resilience, ability to manage change, excellent social skills, ability to work independently in high-pressure situations

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg care to diverse patient populations, including post-surgical, UTI, sepsis, COPD, CHF, and high fall risk patients.
- Equipped with strong assessment skills to monitor patient status, recognize changes, and implement appropriate interventions promptly.
- Manage advanced skills such as chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight caths, Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, and tracheostomy care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic electronic health record system, including assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safety and comfort.
