- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or similar degree.
- Certifications Requirements: ?AHA BLS, NIHSS, and valid active compact state license.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience, including trauma level II, with at least 1 prior travel assignment.
- Other Requirements: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, ability to float within skill set, excellent teamwork and resilience, physical ability to perform PIV insertions and manage IV drips, social and adaptable demeanor.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to adult patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Perform and document patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and symptom analysis, ensuring accurate and timely charting in EPIC.
- Administer medications and IV therapies, including PIV insertions and management of drip medications such as heparin, Lasix, and Protonix.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care, including supporting LPNs and CNAs, and assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Float within the designated skill set to different units and campuses as needed, maintaining flexibility and high standards of patient care.
