- Certifications Requirements: Active Illinois RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS (if required)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, Epic charting experience, proven ability to work independently
- Other Requirements: Resilient, able to manage change effectively, comfortable with social interactions, reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to patients in a 36-bed unit, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans, adjusting as needed for changing conditions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress using Epic electronic charting system.
- Administer medications and treatments timely and accurately, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Respond effectively to patient needs, emergencies, and changing staffing demands, including floating to ED/ICU as required.
