- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), WI RN license, Additional certifications such as ACLS preferred
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of med surg experience, Previous hospital experience required, Experience with surgical patient care preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to multiple facilities, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented, Ability to manage change effectively
