Job Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective patient care in a medical-surgical setting, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
- Execute and document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately in EPIC electronic health record system.
- Administer medications, including Heparin drips, blood products, and other IV therapies, following safety guidelines.
- Manage complex medical equipment such as chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, and tracheostomy care with proficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
