Travel/Contract Med/Surg Registered Nurse – $2700-$3000/WK
 

Location: Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Wausau, WI

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse for an exciting 13-week travel/contract opportunity at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wisconsin. Whether you’re looking to explore a new destination or seeking a rewarding contract opportunity, Connected Health Care has you covered!

Position Details

  • Facility: Aspirus Wausau Hospital
  • Location: Wausau, WI
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Pay: $2700-$3000 per week

Job Description

  • Primary Unit: Medical and Pediatrics (MAP Unit)
  • Adults: Treating respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions (e.g., seizures, Multiple Sclerosis), gastrointestinal issues, diabetic management, renal failure, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, acute alcohol withdrawal, and more.
  • Floating Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed.
  • Certifications Required: WI RN License, BLS.
  • Charting: EPIC experience required.
  • Experience Needed: Minimum of 2 years (Trauma Level II preferred).
  • Patient Ratios:
  • Days: 1:4-5
  • Nights: 1:6-7
