Local Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Nights -Lawton, OK

Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400 depending on experience

• Shift: Variable (Specific schedule provided upon offer)

• Location: Lawton, OK – Local travel candidates preferred

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult med-surg patients

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in accordance with facility standards

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies

• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma or compact state eligibility

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
