Travel/Contract Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Charlotte, North Carolina
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,250 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity offers a chance to work with a reputable healthcare team while living in one of the Southeast’s most exciting and fast-growing cities.

Job Description – Med/Surg/Telemetry RN Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a range of medical and surgical diagnoses

  • Continuously monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms

  • Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop patient care plans

  • Provide patient education and emotional support throughout hospital stay and discharge

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all hospital policies and procedures

Contract Details

  • Length: 13 Weeks

  • Compensation: Up to $2,250/week (based on experience)

  • Schedule:

    • Weekend rotation: Every other weekend

    • No call requirement

    • Holiday Expectations: Traveler will work 75% of holidays

Licensure & Certifications Required

  • Active RN License – North Carolina or Compact State

  • BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)

  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

  • NIHSS – National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale

Education Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

  • At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
