Travel/Contract Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Charlotte, North Carolina
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,250 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting 13-week travel contract in Charlotte, NC. Job Description – Med/Surg/Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions

Monitor telemetry and recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms, initiating appropriate interventions
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapies
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
-
Provide patient education on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge instructions
-
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
Contract Details

Length: 13 Weeks

Compensation: Up to $2,250/week (based on experience)

Shift Times: 0650–1920 or 1850–0720

Schedule:

Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
-
No call required

Holiday expectation: Travelers will work 75% of holidays

Schedule cycle: Every 6 weeks
Licensure & Certifications Required

Active RN License – North Carolina or Compact State

BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)

ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

NIHSS – National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
Education Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting preferred
