Local Travel Med/Surg/Telemetry RN – Concord, NC
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,250/Week DOE

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Local Travel Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Concord, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking to build their clinical experience in a high-quality facility while enjoying all that this vibrant and growing region has to offer.

Position Details

  • Location: Concord, NC

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Shifts: Variable 12-hour shifts (Day & Night available)

  • Schedule: Weekend and holiday rotations may be required

  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,250 based on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit

  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed

  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans

  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while upholding high clinical standards

Requirements

  • Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience

  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

  • Strong telemetry and clinical assessment skills

  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational abilities
