Travel Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Lincolnton, NC

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Lincolnton, NC. This opportunity offers a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and the chance to enjoy life in a charming southern town just outside of Charlotte.

Assignment Overview:

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend; 75% of holidays

  • Schedule Cycle: Every 6 weeks

  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,250/week (based on experience)

  • Call Requirement: None

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality care to medical/surgical patients with telemetry monitoring needs

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and initiate interventions as needed

  • Administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with established protocols

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state

  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

  • Minimum of 18 months of recent PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills

  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
