Travel/Contract Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Winston-Salem, North Carolina
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,250/Week (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing agency, is seeking an experienced and reliable Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your clinical skills while exploring one of North Carolina’s most vibrant cities.
Job Description – Med/Surg/Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute medical and surgical conditions

Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and case managers
-
Document patient status and interventions accurately in electronic medical records
-
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care
Licensure & Certifications Required
-
Active RN License – North Carolina or Compact State
-
BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
-
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

NIHSS – National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
Education Requirements
-
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting preferred
