Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg/Telemetry patients in an acute care setting

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings and assess patient conditions

• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and post-hospitalization recovery

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state eligibility)

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program

• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing preferred
