Travel Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse - Nights - Springfield, VT
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,820 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, Vermont. Job Description:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a Med/Surg/Tele unit with a diverse patient population

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to cardiac rhythms

• Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and document patient status accurately

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control policies

• Support continuity of care by communicating clearly during shift handoffs and patient transitions

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Vermont or compact licensure eligibility

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

• ACLS certification preferred

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
