Travel Med/Surg/Telemetry RN – Charlotte, NC
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,250/Week | No On-Call

Connected Health Care, a nationally recognized recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina. Assignment Details:

  • Location: Charlotte, NC

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

  • On-Call: No call required for travelers

  • Weekly Pay: Up to $2,250, based on experience

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg and Telemetry setting

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs

  • Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic charting systems

  • Support patients and families with education and emotional care

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN License in North Carolina or compact state

  • Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg and Telemetry RN experience

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all AHA required)

  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills

  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
