Position Overview:
The Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests that support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical lab setting.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical laboratory testing in areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and blood banking

Analyze and interpret lab results with accuracy and timeliness

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment

Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control standards

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic insights

Document test results and maintain records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field – Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting – Required

Certification by ASCP, AMT, or AAB – Required

Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and HIPAA compliance
