Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, NRP, WI License, NBRC RRT (must be RRT)
- Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of pediatric critical care or NICU respiratory therapy experience
- Other Requirements: Proficiency in ventilator management, invasive and non-invasive ventilation support, and pediatric patient care; ability to function independently; excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric intensive care patients, including ventilator management, extubations, and suctioning.
- Monitor and document patient progress using Epic Clin Doc or similar electronic charting systems.
- Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation equipment, such as Servo I and Trilogy ventilators, NAVA, PEP, and RAM cannula.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in PICU and NICU to develop and implement patient-specific respiratory treatments.
- Maintain adherence to all safety protocols, hospital policies, and certification requirements to ensure high-quality patient care.
