Local Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist – 13-Week Contract
Atlanta, Georgia
Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,000 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologistfor a local travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This is a 13-week contract with competitive pay and the potential for extensions.

Job Description

  • Prepare, calculate, and administer radioactive drugs for imaging and treatment.
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to assess imaging results.
  • Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures thoroughly.
  • Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures clearly.
  • Stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine technology and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field.
  • Certification: ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Must meet Georgia state licensing requirements for Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
