Job Description:

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials

Operate imaging equipment and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required

Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures

Collaborate with radiologists and other health professionals to interpret imaging results

Maintain accurate patient records and comply with radiation safety standards
-
Troubleshoot equipment and ensure quality control standards are met

Maintain inventory of radiopharmaceuticals and imaging supplies
Qualifications:

ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
-
Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
