This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technologists to perform diagnostic imaging and radiology procedures in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Job Description:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging, diagnostics, and treatments for various medical conditions.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed by physicians.
• Operate specialized imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and PET scanners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, documenting all procedures and patient information in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, including explaining the process to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze diagnostic images.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and protocols to protect patients, staff, and the environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) required.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• State of Wisconsin license for Nuclear Medicine Technologists required.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical teams.
