Job Description:

• Serve as the primary circulator during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the operation.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to maintain a sterile environment and facilitate efficient workflow.
• Assess patients before surgery, monitor vital signs during procedures, and provide post-operative care as needed.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as an OR Circulator RN.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications such as CNOR preferred.
