- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience as an RN, with a minimum of 2 years in the specialty area assigned
- Other Requirements: Ability to float within hospital departments; strong clinical skills across multiple specialties; excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Provide circulating nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and surgical team members by preparing sterile equipment and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes during surgery.
- Document all procedures, patient information, and surgical details accurately within the Epic EMR system.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols at all times.
