Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages
- Deliver individualized therapy to improve patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
