Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist for a local contract position near Idaho Falls, Idaho. This opportunity is with one of our valued client facilities and offers a chance to make a significant impact on patient care while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans to help patients enhance their ability to perform daily activities and work tasks.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and track progress.
• Set and achieve therapy goals in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on effective therapy techniques and strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho.
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
