- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Certifications Requirements: WI or compact RN license, AHA BLS, CWON or WCC certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 2+ years of wound and ostomy care experience in a clinical setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, strong communication and charting skills, flu vaccination mandatory, professional appearance with scrubs, proficiency with Epic EMR system preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert wound and ostomy assessment and management, including evaluating and revising care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on wound and ostomy care best practices and policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes using Epic EMR system.
- Monitor patient progress and independently manage complex wounds and ostomies, ensuring adherence to clinical policies.
