Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our client's outpatient clinic in Eufaula, OK. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying the beauty and charm of Eufaula.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop customized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
• General certifications required
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
