We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable PTA to join a reputable facility in Billings, Montana, offering an excellent weekly pay of $1,950 depending on experience. In this role, you'll be part of a facility that values professionalism and teamwork. The position requires a minimum of one year of PTA experience, and Montana PTA licensure is necessary. The facility provides housing accommodations in Billings, making your transition as smooth as possible. You will perform day shift hours with flexible start and end times, and there is no on-call or float requirement. Weekends are optional, offering you a chance to balance work and personal life.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care within skilled nursing facilities, charting using Point Click Care or Net Health, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team. The facility operates with a positive culture, and the management is flexible and easy to work with, especially regarding scheduling. The orientation period lasts a few days to get you up to speed, with all additional details discussed during your interview.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year PTA experience
- Montana PTA license
- Proficiency in charting systems (Point Click Care / Net Health)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior SNF experience
- Experience working in diverse clinical settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified PTA with at least one year of relevant experience
- Prior skilled nursing facility experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Montana PTA license
- Flexible around start date (ASAP preferred but flexible)
- No on-call or float responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and possibly weekends if needed
