Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

• Active PTA certification

• California PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Previous experience in a rehab or clinical setting preferred

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
