Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Bremen, GA
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130/Week (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected healthcare partner in Bremen, Georgia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed PT looking for a rewarding short-term role in a supportive clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide rehabilitative services to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic routines and exercises

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current GA state license as a Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, new grads considered

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
